Young Bae sighed as he he pressed a lone finger along the ivory key of the old baby grand piano, coaxing out a low groan of a note that caused him to cringe slightly. "This piece of junk needs some serious tuning," he sighed, pressing down on the note once more, this time, leaning in to determine whether the note was sharp or flat.
He frowned thoughtfully as the sound resonated throughout the empty room. A flat, dead sound that made his right eye twitch slightly. A small sigh of frustration built up in the very back of his throat, but he didn't let it out just yet. He would not admit defeat to a fucking old piano of all things, but then again, if even one note was out of tune, there would be no practicing on the dingy piece of crap.
"Told you not to come in here," Ji Yong muttered from the doorway, chuckling at the shorter man as he tucked his hands into the warmth of his hoodie. "This old thing hasn't been played in centuries." He smiked and shook his head, finally striding into the old and rather abadonned practice room. No one really came to this room to freshen it up or to see if anything had ever died in it. It was just one of those places no one ever wanted to ventured to, not even Young Bae, so to see his boyfriend attempting to actually get some practice time in the place was certainly a curious sight.
A small click of an annoyance escaped the back of Young Bae's throat as he turned a small glare to the rapper, his narrowed eyes telling the young man that if he had nothing to say in favor of the vocalist, then he'd better get lost.
Ji Yong chuckled, reading Young Bae flawlessly. The muscled up singer was wound so tight about their coming activities that he was stressing himself out, making something that wasn't much of a big thing into a ridiculously large scale event.
Feeling Ji Yong's eyes boring into his very soul, the singer quickly turned away and focused every bit of his attention on the piano that proved to be useless towards his efforts of rehersing.
With a slight roll of his eyes, Ji Yong closed the distance between them with long easy strides and finally stopped when he was mere inches from his long time friend. It was so rare that the roles were reversed between them. While it was Ji Yong who stressed about every little thing, from out of tune pianos to stubborn strands of hair, it was Young Bae who always seemed to calm him down and talk, or kiss, heh.. or some other rather impressive techniques, to knock some sense into his thick skull.
"You just need some fine tuning, Baby," Ji Yong purred, gently allowing his fingers to grace along the shorter man's arm, touching him delicately as if carefully analyzing him for some sort of problem.
Young Bae stiffened momentarily, finally really taking in his lover's presence, looking for some kind of scheming smirk or an indicator of his true intention. When he found no such thing, he slowly began to melt at the man's gentle and careful touch. With a sigh of relief, the singer sank onto the aged piano, causing a jumble of messed up chords to pour out all at once.
"Just relax, Bae," was all Ji Yong really needed to say to gradually slow the rapid beats of Young Bae's heart and easily take away any anxiety that had been slowly building up within him. Feeling the ease and relaxation coming over the young man, Ji Yong smiled and kissed his lover's forehead.
"Don't stress out. Get some rest for now and we'll go at it again tomorrow," He paused as his one kiss turned into many, drifting lower and lower until his lips hovered just beside that of the vocalist's, and he spoke once more, completing his thought. "Together."
Young Bae nodded stiffly, wanting nothing more than to capture his leader's lips with his own. "Thank you, Ji," he whispered softly, allowing his hands to wrap about the rapper's slim waist and pull him closer so that no space would exsist between their two very aware bodies.
"Like I said," Ji Yong offered with a knowing smirk, his lips still against the corner of Young Bae's, "you only need some fine tuning." With that said, he finally put an end to the tease and kissed his group member, his lover, his best friend and ultimately his other half, full on the mouth, hinting toward the fine tuning that the singer would be needing.
The fine tuning that only he could provide.
